While in high school, Julianna’s family moved from Windsor to Santa Rosa. As a family they spent many days searching for their new home with a wonderful Realtor and during that time, she witnessed their agent’s ability to spend the important moments while her family was making the biggest decisions of homeownership. Their agent got to know them, and she created a trusting relationship with the entire family. She inspired Julianna to get into the real estate business as she also wanted to help families achieve their American dream!

Knowing she wanted to be a real estate agent shortly after high school, Julianna quickly secured a job as an assistant to the top producing agent north of the Golden Gate where she met her business partner and friend Edward Buckner. She knew gaining knowledge from the bottom up would be a huge advantage for her career.

After three years as an assistant, in 2006, she received her CA real estate sales license. After many years as colleagues, in 2013, Edward and Julianna decided to officially join forces and become a team.


Keller Williams Realty felt like a very professional and well-organized brokerage, so they joined the Santa Rosa Market Center. After meeting with the broker it was clear they wanted to be a part of an elevated real estate experience for themselves and for their clients.

Although Julianna loves her job and loves real estate, she needs to recharge at times. When she is not out meeting clients and making deals happen you can find her playing or coaching youth soccer, cheering uncontrollably for her All-Star baseball player, or volunteering at the church she regularly attends.
