This website (the "Site") is owned and operated by JLabra Real Estate Sales ("we" or "us"). By using this Site — including submitting a form, reading content, requesting a walkthrough, or accessing it in any manner, whether automated or otherwise — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this site is for

This site provides information about JLabra Real Estate Sales services and allows prospective clients to get in touch, request a property walkthrough, or review preliminary market estimates. Any assessment or valuation tools produce illustrative estimates based on inputs you provide or public market data — these are not guarantees of final appraisal or sale values.

Service area

JLabra Real Estate Sales provides services within the United States. We do not currently offer services in international markets. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to provide services outside our designated operational regions.

Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of financial outcome or property evaluation.

Online commerce & third-party vendors

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to interact with or purchase services from third-party vendors (such as home inspectors, lenders, or escrow companies). We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of these products and services.

Registration & passwords

To access certain features of the Site (such as saved property searches), you may be required to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

SMS messaging terms & compliance

Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment or requested property details with JLabra Real Estate Sales through our website or scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, walkthrough reminders, updates on listings, and client support communications.
Opt-Out & Support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or reach out directly at realtrjules@gmail.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed based on your inquiry and service engagement. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
Privacy Policy: If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines, regarding the use of SMS communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing or utilizing any real estate service.

No client relationship

Submitting a form, using a contact feature, or scheduling a walkthrough does not create an exclusive agency or client relationship, nor does it create any obligation on the part of JLabra Real Estate Sales to represent you. A formal agent-client relationship begins only when both parties have executed a written representation agreement.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in conduct that we deem inappropriate or unlawful. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Site and any content obtained from it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JLabra Real Estate Sales is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information presented here.

Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate local jurisdiction of Sonoma County, California.
