Let me start off by saying I can get fussy if the stars don’t align properly. With that being said we had a wonderful experience selling our home with Julianna (Not 1 issue). We listed our home after not being able to sell with a different agent; from listing to sale with Julianna it was under 30 days. She was professional, always on-time, responded to all of our questions and concerns, she was very accommodating, got us an above asking price, she’s Bi-lingual, kept flyers always in the real estate box even after an offer was accepted, took time out to give us a timeline on the sale, escrow and closing. Her partner is a real professional as well. We will use her again for buying or selling, it’s a no brainer!
